On April 12, the World Academy of Mining Sciences (WAMS) held an international round table “Physico-chemical geotechnology – innovations and development trends” at the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU). This area of mining science is extremely relevant and involves the transition to closed systems for the extraction of mineral raw materials, eliminating the rise of ore to the surface. Speakers – representatives of various schools of geotechnology from a number of countries shared their achievements in this area.
